The 6-week DBMA Fitness Challenge is back. The perfect way to find focus and motivation to get back into the gym (or to start for the first time).
Set a personal weight loss target with assistance and advice from DBMA coaches. Achieve that target stage by stage over 6 weeks with our help and support.
Week 1 starts Monday 5 November. Week 6 ends 14 December – perfect to get in shape for Christmas
“Fun” forfeits each week for added “encouragement” to hit your targets.
Everyone who hits 5 of their 6 weekly targets AND ends Week 6 on target is entered into a prize draw:
